Voucher Policy
A Gift voucher is a great way to introduce someone to the benefits of an indulgence experience. Your friend or family have invested valuable money into your gift please read our voucher policies carefully so you are clear on our voucher terms & conditions
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If this is the case unfortunately you have lost that privilege
No change or refund given on our vouchers, and cannot be used to purchase a voucher for someone else
We require 24 hours’ cancellation notice Less than 24 hours’ notice – will result in 50% redemption of voucher total.
No show for your booked appointment – Will result in full value of voucher redeemed.Please think ahead for scheduling your booking as we may not be able to accommodate the day or time your request – especially when it is days away from your voucher expiring
We ask that you respect our voucher conditions
Confirmation & Cancellation Policies
We confirm your appointment booking with a txt message or email
Please txt back “yes” to automatically confirm your booking
Please be aware that we sometimes require credit card details to confirm some of our bookings
We require 48 hours cancellation notice Cancellations under 48 hours will result in 50% charge of the value of booked appointment applied to your account
No shows & last minute cancellations will result in a strict 100% charge of the value of booked appointment applied to your accountWe require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of booked time for all new clients and bookings over an hour.
Please note reschedules may require a no refundable deposit
This cancellation fee will not apply if we can move your appointment to an earlier time or day
Please ensure you allow time for your arrival, or your treatment maybe be shortened in consideration for the next client
Vaccination certificates & Why.
Keeping inline with government Mandates and MOH guidelines, to open during the Red and Orange Traffic light framework, means we can only offer appointments to those who are double Vaccinated and have their Vaccination certification.
The welfare of our small business relies heavily on government support during these lockdown periods, and unfortunately to qualify we need to comply.
We are heartbroken as a business and on a personal level, that we have had to make this decision. I did not become a part of this amazing industry to be discriminatory in anyway, to clients decisions and personal choice when i comes to their own bodies.
I am however thankful that we will be able to open our doors to ALL our wonderful clients once we entre the green light phase.
We as a team are fully vaccinated, and we have always operated with exceedling high standards within Vitalitas.
So lets keep this simple for you!
1. Come alone to your appointments
2. Scan your QR code
3. Wear a mask whilst you are in our common areas
4. Have your Vaccine certificate ready to scan.
Please be kind and patient as we navigate the new normal, we are reopening our doors in the busiest month of the year for us, and have a very small window of time to make this work for us. We are a well prepared team and have worked tirelessly over this lockdown to ensure we are able to meet all criteria, without this impacting your valuable time with us.
We are super excited to be back doing what we love, and thank all of our wonderful clients for their purchases, messages of support, and understanding over this difficult time. We are truly humbled.
